  4. Hi Candice - I am so excited about this weekend, you have no idea !!! I am bringing along my sister and possibly two friends as well, so we are all keen and raring to go ! I did hear that there may not be enough numbers.....but i am guessing if I have not heard from Miss Chrissy by now it is still on. I recently read your interview on Queens of Vintage - facinating read my friend! Simply cannot believe some (jelouse) person had the nerve to insult you that way.....I think you should be proud of the wonderful way you are beautifying your life and creating fantastic memories for your little ones.I am proud of the fact that I can create a beautiful vintage look home and style for both myself, my hubby and my children - something they all participate in and enjoy, it has given us a family identity and bond, and totally does not intrude on my ability to spend time and input into my babies lives, infact it has probably increased it if anything.....I think that some Australians are simply too lazy, or maybe purposeless, to attempt to dress themselves and their children with creativity and style, and perhaps they are secretly envious of those of us who do so - it doesnt take much effort really tho. does it? I mean we all have to put clothes on each day, we all have to do our hair, and wearing make up only takes 5 minutes once you know what you are doing......honestly, that comment seems like a very bitter and twisted thing to do, most of my friends appreciate and admire the vintage stylings of my family. Maybe it's the sign of a true - or not so true - 'friend'. Anyhow, I never ment to ramble on so !!! I cant wait to meet you too - VERY excited about that !! By the way, please excuse my ignorance here - what attire is required at a Swingin Soiree? I have no idea what to wear, and do I come already 'made up'? I am not used to leaving the house without everything in place!!!

    Love to you,
    Till Saturday .....
